DVX Capital is a private real estate development, construction, and management company that focuses on the overlooked corners of the real estate market.  With generational ties to the Philadelphia area we are able to leverage our local network and knowledge of the market to find undervalued properties. Our strategy has always been to stay vertically integrated. By managing construction and management in-house, we are able to generate above market returns for our investors while building a stable portfolio of cash flowing rental and commercial properties.
